Add clarification for the % water use--reader may not understand that it's 75% of Aurora Water's supply to consumers.
The Antelope Hills subdivision was annexed into the Town of Bennett many years ago, so is part of Bennett. Yes, it's a pretty strange annexation. Sorry, I should have caught this sooner.
Change to 930 acres. 930 acres is referenced on page 45 and also in Pure Cycle documents.
Should this "TM" be in the superscript format - ™ ?
Add reference to and support for graywater systems resulting from HB24-1362 that authorizes the installation of graywater treatment works in new construction projects and uses of gray water statewide. The legislation becomes effective on January 1, 2026. The legislation also states:
"A board of county commissioners THAT HAS NOT PROHIBITED ALL GRAYWATER USE PURSUANT TO SUBSECTION (1)(kk)(I) OF THIS SECTION is encouraged to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the local board of health, local public health agencies, and any water and wastewater service providers serving the county concerning graywater usage and the proper installation and operation of graywater treatment works, as defined in section 25-8-103 (8.4)." This could be a recommended action for the BOCC.
Change to "graywater" in the document to be consistent with the recently approved HB 24-1362 "Concerning Measures to Promote the Use of Graywater".
An initial conversation with the County's Development Review Committee suggested that consolidation studies be required for subdivision proposals with parcels on 2.41 to 18 acres and at least 25 lots. This will require more conversation.
I think both ACWWA and East Cherry Creek are participating in WISE. We should doublecheck this statement.
"large" seems the wrong adjective. Maybe "some" would be more accurate. For example, the text says there are no examples of direct potable reuse in the region.
Should this be "within"?
Suggestion
Should spell out these acronyms below the table.
Suggestion
There are unincorporated areas inside of water service areas also.
Question
Is this the right heading? I don't see any row with non-domestic numbers.
I think this is just the eastern unincorporated areas. The western regions are within one of the provider areas. For example, Holly Hills is served by Denver Water.
Suggestion
Remove the ACWWA name from the column heading.
Suggestion
I think Sky Ranch and Prosper were included in the providers above. The No District forecast is growth either in large lot subdivisions or in new communities.
